Description: 
When getting back an Moved Temporarily from the called party the transport
information in the contact header is not used for the next invite based on
promiscredir=yes.

pabelanger, here is a version of the patch that applies cleanly to the
1.6.0-beta9 branch and not the 1.6 development branch. I removed some
functionality that depended on the development branch, but it shouldn't be
relevant to your testing (thus the note not to apply to trunk). Thanks for
testing.
