Summary: libpri revision 528 inband audio should be optional,
not mandatory
Description:

We have received feedback after upgrading that we are getting an annoying
BT message being played back 'The other caller has hung up' with loud
indication tones when previously we used to get a clean hang up.

After discussion in Asterisk-dev in IRC we have tracked this down to
libpri revision 528, which specifically lets the inband audio be heard
after a disconnect.

We would greatly prefer this to be optional.
