Description: 
Not only the timeout between digits, also the duration of each digit could
be passed as a param to this dialplan application.
And the default pause between digits is not 0.5s it is 0.25s.

Document that the duration of dtmf may be passed to
the SendDTMF application. Also correct the default
pause between digits.
