Summary:                    Unable to Apply Changes after Card detection, after
rebooting GUI still asks to reboot
Description: 
I am unable to apply changes after hardware detection (TDM800P).  The
hardware is correctly detected then asterisk-gui tells me I need to reboot
to activate the changes.  After rebooting the "Apply Changes" button is
still in the "Hardware Setup" section.  If the button is clicked it again
it asks you to reboot to save the changes.  I have rebooted the client
machine and the asterisk server several times.

Does it not actually work?

I believe the apply changes button is always there.

What may have happened is that the settings are already in a working
state, yet when you "apply changes" in hardware, you need to restart
