Summary:                    Q.931 not release properly
Description: 
caller on PSTN call the PRI of asterisk, then caller hangup. the callee
will ring about 30s after the caller hangup.

then i downgrade to svn 1.2, all is ok.

Please try libpri version 1.4.3 (leaving everything else the same) and see
if this problem is solved. Thanks.
