Summary:                    when compiling asterisk-gui there is an error in
make checkconfig " http://asterisk: 8088/asterisk/static/config/cfgbasic.html "
Description: 
when you compile asterisk-gui and type make checkconfig, you see the line:
 http://asterisk: 8088/asterisk/static/config/cfgbasic.html 
there is a space between the : and the 8088, so if you copy and paste that
line into a browser the page will not display. The line should be like:
 http://asterisk:8088/asterisk/static/config/cfgbasic.html 

it has been happening for awhile now, on all new versions of the
asterisk-gui

What is your hostname?

If your hostname is asterisk  (with a space) then it will do that.
