Summary: Unable to access voicemail option zero (0) in order
to record greeting messages
Description:
Whenever I hit zero for mailbox option, the process ends and I am "kicked
out". I am using Asterisk 1.4.

This happens whenever a user records a temporary greeting and then goes
back to access the mailbox options. I fix this by simply deleting the all
the .wav & .WAV files. But I need to know why it happens and how to prevent
it.
Any ideas please?
