Summary:                    [patch] dahdi.init not correct for Debian
Description: 
There are a couple of issues with the dahdi.init in tools/trunk

- dahdi_cfg is not installed in /sbin but in /usr/sbin
- the start action is looking for /dev/zap instead of /dev/dahdi
- it's trying to modprobe dahdi_dahdi_dummy instead of dahdi_dummy
- it's missing a check for redhat where it touches $LOCKFILE that's only
defined in redhat

This patch addresses all the above things
