Summary:                    dahdi-linux make install reports wrong 'make config'
Description: 
the make install of dahdi-linux tells you to run 'make config' if you have
not done so before.
This target is not in the Makefile.
The config target IS in the tools Makefile and that will install the init
scripts.

Small patch to correct this is attached.
