Summary:                    [patch] Add the ability to actually put the SVN
revision in the GUI
Description: 


Ever since we added the ability for svn to add the current $REVISION$ in
astman.js people get confused, because that is the last revision of the
updated file INSTEAD of the last revision of the gui/checkout, confusing me
trying to help, and people reporting the problem.

This patch (which I want someone else to look over before I commit it in)
will actually get the current svn revision of the whole branch (or last
changed revision if we decide to) and put it in the proper file.

It will also take the folder name if it is not an svn checkout (eg a
release like astgui-1.0 or something similar)

Need some feedback on whether or not this is an acceptable method.
