Summary:                    cdr_tds won't build against FreeTDS 0.82
Description: 
FreeTDS 0.82 has dropped the libtds library, therefore cdr_tds won't build
anymore.  cdr_tds should be rewritten to use one of the supported front
ends or people need to switch to using odbc:

Just merged it into the 1.6.0 branch.  It will be in the next 1.6.0 release
candidate (or release).
