Summary:                    [branch] move kernel to a subdirectory
Description: 
In order to reduce the clutter in the zaptel subdirectory, I would like to
separate kernel and userspace. 

I'd like to start by moving the kernel files to a subdirectory kernel/ .
The branch team/tzafrir/move has those files.

I currently created two "makefiles" in that subdirectory:
* GNUmakefile: used for 2.4
* Makefile / Kbuild: used for 2.6

Right now kernel 2.6 should work well as there have been  practically no
changes.
I've tried to minimize the changes for 2.4, and it seems to work now as
well.
