Hi,

when a call is being passed over from AS5400 via PRI to SIP into asterisk,
dtmf is working in 1.4.11 but not on 1.4.17

hi:
   another report. my snom 300 can not send DTMF  correctly to PSTN with
asterisk 1.4.17.
 and it sometime would trigger some bugs of asterisk. when the bug is
triggered,  other ip phones are infected and can not send correct DTMF. i
must reload asterisk to clear the situation.
