Zaptel don't send DTMF tones correctly on FXO lines. For instance when
trying to dial out a number.

Yes, I know but I am not running this version anymore, I ran it once. I
only own one server and this is is a production one! So I didn't run this
version too long... only twenty minutes so as to figure out the bug... So
for the moment what I am missing is time...
