Summary:                    The ring option in queue doesn't work if no audio
has been played previously on the channel
Description: 

My dial plan answers the phone and immediately drops the call in to a
queue with the flags tr.

The caller doesn't hear any ring tone as they should.

If I add
Playback(silence/1)
prior to the queue call, then the ring signal is sent.

I also realize that perhaps your dialplan prior to the call to Queue()
could make a difference in this, so when you upload the other files, could
you upload the portion of the dialplan that is followed prior to the call
to Queue()? Thanks.
