Summary:                    [patch] zap logic group limit
Description: 
i use asterisk 1.4.15 and zaptel 1.4.7
in zapatal.conf.sample, there are words about logic group is 0 to 63.
but in reality, i can only set group to 30. set zap group to 31 won't
work.
zapata.conf settings like below. when call i got "all circuits are busy
now"

group=31
channel => 63-66
