Summary:                    ChanSPY beep continually when there are not active
calls.
Description: 
app_chanspy.c loops, using 'waitfordigit(waitms)' between beeps.  waitms
defaults to 100ms

Previous versions (pre 1.4.13?) had about 5000ms.
