Hi! I've added libpri-1.4.7.1-llc-transmit-receive-patch.txt which also
decodes and encodes LLC. It is based on http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=11595
and http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=11593 from richvdh and
can be used for example together with
10217-asterisk-unrestricted-digital-llc-11595-1.4.17.patch from
http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=10217 to
signal H324M video calls using LLC.
