Summary:                    Asterisk blocks all activity after SIP call attempt,
hints related
Description: 
Asterisk blocks, and stops all activity if a call is placed (and rejected)
to a SIP extension with a hint active. This problem is always present in a
production scenario with a hundred SIP phones and only one phone
subscripted to about 60 hints. It started to happen as soon as hints where
enabled and it happens almost instantly. The logs in this report where
generated in a test environment with only two SIP phones (one hardphone
with presence lights and one softphone). I couldn't reproduce it using
plain text configs, as the production Asterisk is using realtime to store
sip configurations, and it appears to be triggered under this setup only.
The production system is running 1.2.23, it was also reproduced under
1.2.26 tarball release, and SVN branch up to date. This obviously is
stopping me from using hints, as I can't afford to go back to plain text
configs as a workaround.
