Description: 
Asterisk output gives this:
Channel 0/1, span 1 got hangup request, cause 28

So it is capturing the ISDN code but it is not being passed to the
hangupcause variable.

If I'm reading this correctly, there was no channel created to have been
hungup (which means no HANGUPCAUSE).

Re-closing, per comments from file and garlew.
