Hi,

when a call is being passed over from AS5400 via PRI to SIP into asterisk,
dtmf is working in 1.4.11 but not on 1.4.17

How about the output for a Snom INFO based DTMF so we can confirm it is
their fault before bothering them? As for audible DTMF... Asterisk should
never generate audible DTMF unless configured to do so using inband,
otherwise it is transported out of band and it is up to the device to
generate it. If we didn't mute the audible DTMF depending on the remote
equipment we'd get double DTMF.
