Hi,

when a call is being passed over from AS5400 via PRI to SIP into asterisk,
dtmf is working in 1.4.11 but not on 1.4.17

One thing I do find odd in 1.4.17

Asterisk 1.4.13 did used to generate an audible DTMF tone in the following
scenario:
ext 200 calls 233
neither extension invokes atxfer or automon code (any code which would
normally suppress DTMF).
Normal DTMF event occurs like either extensions pressing 7
In 1.4.13 the remote end of the call would hear the DTMF tone being issued
from the other end.
Now with 1.4.17 I never hear DTMF when the remote end generates a tone but
I can see the tone in the Asterisk logs.

This would make traditional DTMF debugging (listening for audible DTMF)
very difficult.
