Description: 
Hi,

when a call is being passed over from AS5400 via PRI to SIP into asterisk,
dtmf is working in 1.4.11 but not on 1.4.17

We are currently working on a console output with core debug enabled, as
this is on a live system. that has been rolled back to 1.4.11
