Summary:                    attended transfer  let user hear air if transferer
hangup.
Description: 
situation like:

A(sip or zap) call B(sip), 
B(sip) use atxfer to call C(sip), than hangup.  
C(sip) will ring, 
but A(sip or zap) will leave music on hold and hear air when B(sip)
hangup. 
A should hear ring when waiting C pick-up the call i think.

in the above example, if C is zap, then A will hear ring normally. i don't
know why.
