Summary: Misbehaviur of chan_zap in comparision to any
regular PBX or IP telephone
Description:
1) 2nd line should be started only if channel already in "established"
state (means user picked up on another side) - but asterisk always start it
- even if you just call neighbouring extension. While calling another
extension - if noone yet picked the phone - any flash should just hangup
the call and start over the line again.
2) Remote ring should stop imediatelly when system receives hangup from
calling line - it does not. - You hangup the line - but hear remote still
ringing for 0.5 - 1 second. This leads to errors mentioned in 11701
