Summary:                    Pickup of calls in queue not possible
Description: 
777 => queue extension
201 => caller
758 => queue agent
779 => "pickuper"

Extension 201 calls queue 777, queue agent 758 is in ringing state but 779
cannot pickup the call:

app_directed_pickup.c:161 pickup_exec: No target channel found for 758
app_directed_pickup.c:161 pickup_exec: No target channel found for 777

I'm not really interested on it, but just to add a possible use case that
just came up: imagine you're on call with somebody from Evil Company and
you want to file a complaint to the Ombudsman of this company.

It's not really correct or useful to use ChanSpy/ExtenSpy here, so a
ombudsman would pickup call center calls for further analyzing and talk to
the costumers out of the queue. Makes sense?
