It seems that Chanspy is causing asterisk to crash. bt1 is from asterisk
1.4.13. bt2 is asterisk 1.4.16.2, zaptel 1.4.7.1, libpri 1.4.3, wanrouter
3.2.1.

Would it be possible to get access to the machine where the audiohooks
branch caused these crashes so I could examine the backtrace closer?
