Summary:                    Incorrect handling of international settings
Description: 
There is a simple error of hexadecimal/decimal in wcfxo.c which cause the
driver to ignore its international settings.

It is only because Si3021+Si3012=Si3035 and Si3021+Si3014=Si3034.
To find it you only have to search for Si3035.

Your card is simply globally not compliant whereas the Si3034 is made to
be almost globally compliant. It has international registers added.
wcfxo driver has to handle both Si3034 and Si3035. 
You shouldn't use international mode with your Si3035 because it won't do
anything.
You can see Si3034 as an enhanced revision of Si3035.
