It seems that Chanspy is causing asterisk to crash. bt1 is from asterisk
1.4.13. bt2 is asterisk 1.4.16.2, zaptel 1.4.7.1, libpri 1.4.3, wanrouter
3.2.1.

The situation seem MUCH worse with audiohooks - just got a crash from
mixmonitor (bt6).
