Description: 
getting error:
file.c:557 ast_openstream_full: File tns_ivr_main does not exist in any
format

while the file is located on filesystem with gsm format, and it was played
before the upgrade.

Yes, I have same problem.
File is played ONLY from LANGUAGE directory, but not from ABOVE
directory.

>ls sounds
100ms.alaw
200ms.alaw
500ms.alaw
en/
ru/

at directory 'ru' no files 100ms, 200ms, ...

In SVN trunk rev 102777 all work properly.
