Summary:                    REGRESSION: DTMF generation problem
Description: 
Zaptel don't send DTMF tones correctly on FXO lines. For instance when
trying to dial out a number.

I'm closing this issue because the problem with DTMF generation appears to
be resolved.  I believe the issue seandarcy is most likely not related to
the original issue.

I've also opened issue 12099 to continue any discussion about battery
alarms and disconnect supervision.
