Zaptel don't send DTMF tones correctly on FXO lines. For instance when
trying to dial out a number.

covici, I shouldn't have changed the battery debounce time in Zaptel
revision 3883.  I undid this change in Zaptel revision 3892.   I think this
is why you weren't seeing asterisk clear the channel when the remote party
disconnects.

seandarcy, could you capture the audio from the erroneous numbers that
you're now seeing?
