Summary: Running LibSS7 with 2 signalling links on the same
linkset crashes on Hangup
Description:
I am getting "retransmission messages" running 2 signaling channels on
same linkset and after a couple of hours asterisk quit.

I noticed we are getting retransmission on packets sent by the second
signaling link and this follows hangups and "unable to forward voice
frame" warning message.

Problem is on ast_channel_free() trying to free an invalid pointer. I am
not sure which free() is the problem.

Attached long call debug (you can see retransmissions and so) and core
dump.
