Summary: REGRESSION: DTMF generation problem
Description:
Zaptel don't send DTMF tones correctly on FXO lines. For instance when
trying to dial out a number.

svn 3883 fixed my problem with outgoing calls generating a Red Alarm on my
TDM400P.
That's good, but now the DTMF tones are still off. I can dial out using a
plain phone, but the same dial string in Asterisk sometimes ( 1 in 4,
maybe)generates an unknown number message. DTMF prompts also don't work
well - you can keep pressing "1" and usually it will eventually work.
I'd start a new bug, but it seems related to this one. Certainly 1.4.7
didn't generate this problem.
