Summary:                    sip queue members state becomes invalid if after
asterisk restart
Description: 
1. login to queue as sip member
2. stop and start asterisk
3. the sip member status is changed to "invalid" and it does not receive
calls.

After further discussion the only solution currently is to ensure that
chan_sip.so is loaded *before* app_queue.so in modules.conf
