Summary:                    REGRESSION: DTMF generation problem
Description: 
Zaptel don't send DTMF tones correctly on FXO lines. For instance when
trying to dial out a number.

This has fixed the problem of dialing out through the fxo port, however if
I call
in through the fxo port to my fxs extension, hangup is not recognized till
the fxs
extension hangs up.
There seems to be nothing in the logs, just nothing seems to happen when
the fxo disconnects.
