Summary:                    REGRESSION: DTMF generation problem
Description: 
Zaptel don't send DTMF tones correctly on FXO lines. For instance when
trying to dial out a number.

Interestingly, whatever version I compiled (on x86_64 hardware), the number
"0800 000 000" (NZ Telecom Service Express) was consistently recognised
correctly by the telco switch (suggesting that 0 and 8 were consistently
being generated correctly).
