Summary: Incorrect DTMF tone emitted - cannot dial calls on
Zap channel
Description:
When the "Dial" application in my Asterisk setup on Fedora 8 x86-64
generates DTMF tones on a Zap channel, it generates a wrong tone for "4".
I'm not sure whether the other tones are right or not, but the "4" is
noticeably off. Therefore, the Asterisk cannot place most POTS calls. (I
mention x86-64 because an identical Asterisk setup, on 32-bit Fedora 8, on
another partition of the same computer, has not exhibited this problem.)

On second thought - I'm fairly confident that this is the same issue that
is being tracked at http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=11855. Please do upload
the ztmonitor capture there -
that still seems like it would be VERY useful to have for diagnosis.
