Summary:                    Crash on SQL Query
Description: 
I believe that this is happening when trying to store a voicemail, however
I have not been able to reproduce the exact condition. I've attached a
crash log below.

Please download the ODBC connector source directly from MySQL and
recompile.  There are several serious crash bugs in that code, especially
in packaged versions.
