Summary:                    Zaptel crashes kernel - zt_init_tone_state
Description: 
first i am not using 1.4.7.1 but 1.4.9. I had the same issue on previous
versions of zaptel. The  1.2.x version works without any problems.

When using "loadzone=pt" instead of "loadzone=us" in the /etc/zaptel.conf
file. The system will imediantly crash when an user tries to send an dtmf
on an outgoing call. 

This will happen using the wct4xxp or the wcte12xp driver, haven't tested
any other because i do not have any other type of boards.

the same thing is going on , on the production server. 
if /etc/zaptel.conf contains
loadzone=pt
defaultzone=pt
i can not reproduce the crash, on the other hand
loadzone=pt
#defaultzone=pt
will crash the machine imediantly after sending an dtmf over an opened
channel.
This did not happen on 1.2.
If the crash is only related to this problem it is a minor issue. I will
check back to see if the server will continue to crash after this.
Meanwhile an easy fix would be if an invalid defaultzone is defined simply
use the first loadzone as default.
i might have been hasty in opening this case, but i have never seen
asterisk crashing my machine before.
