Summary: Cannot setup an empty database password
Description:
Due to field length checking, one cannot setup an empty database password
(which is perfectly correct with postgres). Furthermore, setting empty
password in res_pgsql.conf leads to very confusing debug message:
PostgreSQL RealTime: Everything is fine.
