Summary: Segfault in release_chan when calling own number
from the inside
Description:
When I call my own isdn number from the inside, there's a segfault on
free() in release_chan() with about 90% reproduceability.
To date, this only happened when I call myself from the inside. It never
happend on someone calling from the outside.

Correction: It does die on calls from the outside. It just takes a few more
attempts. Also, it only happened on calls I did not pick up.
