Summary:                    zoiper DTMF stop working suddenly
Description: 
hi:
   with asterisk 1.4.18 and zaptel 1.4.8, zoiper (ver 2.14) iax2 DTMF
sometimes stop working suddenly.
   please see zoiper-dtmf.txt: at first the dtmf is working fine. in the
bottom zoiper send "87654321" and asterisk received it, but never sent it
out.

hi:
  2.13 and 2.14 is the same. in fact asterisk DTMF seldom works for me on
all kinds of voip devices. so i tried to figure it out these weeks. i am
lucky that there are some patches which helps me fix grandstream problems.
i tried many versions of zoiper with IAX2. and zoiper DTMF never works 100%
correctly for me. 
  i report this because asterisk seems receive the DTMF correctly, but
didn't send it out.
