Summary:                    zoiper DTMF stop working suddenly
Description: 
hi:
   with asterisk 1.4.18 and zaptel 1.4.8, zoiper (ver 2.14) iax2 DTMF
sometimes stop working suddenly.
   please see zoiper-dtmf.txt: at first the dtmf is working fine. in the
bottom zoiper send "87654321" and asterisk received it, but never sent it
out.

This actually looks like an IAX2 protocol issue... at one point chan_iax2
is trying to make sure the other side is still alive and resends a few
packets, then all at once it comes back to life... quite odd. Did this work
fine and dandy with previous versions or is this your first time trying it?
