The hpec directory is now kernel/hpec; the Makefile must be updated to look
in this new location.

The installation instructions on the downloads site have been fixed, and
fixing/testing them was actually what led me to this issue.

I believe my patch fixes the issue (we're going to test it internally as
well), but I don't know enough about the kernel build system to know if
it's the "correct" way to do it.
