The hpec directory is now kernel/hpec; the Makefile must be updated to look
in this new location.

hmm... the hpec module should be installed into kernel/hpec/  ,(on zaptel
>= 1.4.9), right?

(I can easily fix it here, but that won't fix any other installation
instructions)
