Summary:                    [branch] Enhance parking to allow multiple parking
lots
Description: 
I've added multiple parking lots to res_features.

The current default configuration sets up a "default" parking lot.
Additional sections in features.conf will configure additional parking
lots.

Setting a channel variable PARKINGLOT will make a channel use a secondary
parking lot. This can be set in the channel configuration for the device or
within the dial plan. 

The CLI command show features will list all parking lots.

I mean the changes are no longer in res_features.c alone.
There are a lot more files that need patching to get this to work.

And in it's current state it wont work at all. it wont compile and is
lagging 8 months.
I'm working to get it to work again and after that the whole thing should
be converted to use astobjects as per oej's comment.
