Description: 
It works very well, no need for this in production servers, all the people
I know that use it edit say.c to remove it, so why not remove it all
together.

I think this one needs to me moved to 0011662, as it deals with the same
thing. While 0011662 was opened on the voicemail application, I think it
needs to be moved to i18n/localization.
