Hi,

when a call is being passed over from AS5400 via PRI to SIP into asterisk,
dtmf is working in 1.4.11 but not on 1.4.17

   it seems i met 3 different kinds of DTMF problems. i already open an
issue for snom phones as you advised.  can you identify if my grandstream
problem "grandstream-dtmf.txt" (12345678 sent as 12245678) is related to
bug 11911?

  i will create another DTMF issue for zoiper later.
