Summary:                    ooSocketGetInterfaceList can't get interface list
right
Description: 
ooSocketGetInterfaceList function can't get interface list and addresses
right and it leads to not detect gatekeeper and fails to setup connection
to gatekeeper.

WORKAROUND:

put IP address in ooh323.conf like below:

bindaddr=192.168.0.233
